Logistics Support Clerk

Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support daily warehouse activities by organizing inventory, updating essential records, and assisting with the preparation and movement of goods. Your efforts will help maintain accurate stock levels and promote efficient order processing. Key responsibilities include:

• Receive, inspect, and confirm incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with established quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and enter updated product details into warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Organize and store items properly to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Select and package orders to ensure correct quantities and secure packing.
• Prepare, label, and arrange outbound shipments according to client expectations and scheduled timelines.
• Conduct routine inventory checks to identify discrepancies and address issues promptly.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve workflow and support operational needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform physical warehouse duties.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic math skills to support accurate inventory checks and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with automated warehouse systems.
• Forklift certification is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with tracking tools such as RFID or barcode systems.
