Baskerville-Donovan, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our growing team in our Panama City, FL office. Under the direction of the Regional Project Manager, you will assist in the design, development, implementation, and analysis of civil engineering solutions for municipal, county, state, and federal infrastructure programs. This strategic opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic candidate who is eager to contribute to innovative projects, with a heavy emphasis on hydrology, hydraulics, coastal design, and resilient shoreline infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundamental engineering skills in coastal design and resilient shoreline infrastructure.
• Fundamental engineering skills in stormwater, drainage, collection, and conveyance.
• Fundamental engineering skills in water supply distribution systems.
• Basic understanding of permitting with jurisdictional agencies to determine federal, state, and local requirements and assist in the preparation of permit applications and supporting documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of engineers and support staff.
• Preparation of technical reports, progress reports, and other documentation as directed by management.
• Strong desire to network and build lasting client relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering (From an ABET accredited engineering program)
• Experience Required: 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area
• Requirements: Ability to obtain a State of Florida Engineering license (either having passed the FE Exam or planning to take the exam)
