Position Overview
The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking driven sales representatives to protect families nationwide with life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement. This commission‐based sales role offers uncapped commission paid daily in both Part-Time (15–20 hours/week; potential earnings of $30,000–$60,000+ in year one) and Full-Time (30–35 hours/week; potential earnings of $80,000–$180,000+ in year one) formats. Agency Owners can also generate a system‐driven income of $200,000–$500,000+ per year. Agents even have the opportunity to build their own team and ultimately obtain contractual ownership of their own agency, creating passive income and a lasting legacy.

Key Responsibilities
What we DO:- Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents;
- Offer both virtual and in-person training;
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage;
- Meet virtually with families and protect them with appropriate products;
- Maintain flexible hours and a supportive work environment;
- Design policies that best fit clients’ needs;
- Promote a fun, healthy, and flexible work-life balance with high-level income potential;
- Hire based on character while fostering personal growth and development.
- Cold calling;
- Scam calls;
- Enforcing quotas or deadlines;
- Demanding long hours;
- Tolerating workplace drama.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your state (license not required for hire);
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Goal oriented with a self-motivated and proactive approach;
