Position Overview
Legendary Entertainment, a leading media company with film, television, digital, and comics divisions, is seeking a Coordinator, Marketing to join its fast-moving, highly collaborative Marketing team. The role supports major campaigns and franchises (including Dune, Street Fighter, and Godzilla x Kong), providing administrative assistance to the SVP, Marketing & Digital Strategy: (calendar management, travel coordination, research) and acting as a key liaison with internal departments and external partners. Location: Burbank, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a central point of coordination for the Marketing/Digital team, supporting multiple campaigns and initiatives across Legendary’s film slate.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the SVP, Marketing & Digital Strategy and the broader marketing/digital team, including calendar management, phone handling, travel coordination, and expense processing.
- Organize timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
- Assist in research efforts around audience trends, competitive campaigns, and emerging cultural moments to inform creative and strategic decisions.
- Proactively anticipate team needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with studio partners and external vendors to manage materials, approvals, and schedules.
- Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and shared resources to support team operations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in building presentations using Keynote or similar software
- Passion for film and digital media
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Professional demeanor and diplomatic skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to proactively prioritize tasks across various projects concurrently
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with major social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, YouTube, and Meta/Facebook
- Experience with tools like Airtable, Figma, and Notion is a plus
