Position Overview
Exelon is powering a cleaner, brighter future through energy transformation. We are seeking a dynamic leader to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns for BGE. In this role, you will work with multiple departments and external vendors to design marketing automation strategies across energy efficiency, customer operations, and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and implement multiple email marketing plans for residential, business, and public sector customers.
- Oversee email marketing plan tactics and coordinate with external vendors for campaign execution.
- Manage program email marketing budgets including development, invoice processing, accruals, and forecasting.
- Leverage best practices and market research to achieve email marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, Company executives, and external stakeholders across multiple departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Alternatively, 6-9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B and B2C email marketing programs, including content building, campaign automation, testing strategies, segmentation, and CRM integration.
- Strong background in marketing automation with the ability to drive strategic tasks across large organizations.
- Familiarity with marketing stack applications such as Oracle Marketing Cloud, Monday.com, and CRM systems.
- Ability to partner with both internal and external teams to manage system integrations.
- Experience in vendor management, project management, and conducting quality assurance reviews for email campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML and direct experience with digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Compensation: Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $82,400.00/Yr. – $113,300.00/Yr.
