Position Overview

As a Senior Reliability Engineer based in Atlanta, GA, you will provide reliability engineering support for the operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets. Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 with 20% target bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and execute JLL's strategic reliability and asset management programs by integrating client systems, BAS, maintenance data, and energy management programs.
- Conduct detailed reliability studies, preventative maintenance planning, and root cause failure analyses to ensure cost-effective equipment uptime and improved performance.
- Oversee condition-based maintenance activities by incorporating predictive testing and inspection technologies such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography, and ultrasound.
- Maintain accurate records in the CMMS and develop Key Performance Indicators to monitor equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, technicians, and third-party resources to optimize asset management, safety compliance, and capital planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- BS in an Engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance, condition-based/predictive maintenance, building automation, and energy management systems.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems—particularly in commercial, critical, or manufacturing settings.
- Proven ability to analyze technical information, perform root cause failure analysis, and effectively use CMMS platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills along with excellent organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Reliability Leader and Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional credentials.
- Level 2 certifications in thermography, vibration analysis, and ultrasound are highly desirable.
