Compensation: $52,605.00 - $55,346.00 per year
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Work Location: In person
Schedule: 5 days a week - 8 hours a day

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze account performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth and client engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms of service agreements and contracts with clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong sales acumen with a focus on technology sales.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends.
