Position Overview
Slalom is seeking an experienced marketing manager with a product marketing mindset to join our Solution and Service Marketing team. This remote role requires candidates to reside near one of our office locations. You will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to design, plan, and execute campaign strategies that drive awareness and attract qualified opportunities, playing a key role in elevating the Slalom brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Create campaign roadmaps – build and drive the vision for campaigns including timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
- Build and execute campaigns – lead rollout across marketing and sales channels (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce) with a hands-on approach.
- Segment target audiences – identify and tailor messaging to effectively reach different audience segments.
- Optimize campaign performance – monitor, measure, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Perform strategic customer and marketing analyses to uncover growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Create compelling content – collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging campaign assets.
- Lead cross-functional teams – coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive execution.
- Communicate campaign progress – provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Stay innovative – keep abreast of emerging marketing trends and incorporate fresh ideas into campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- B2B marketing experience – 5-7+ years of developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing campaigns, with direct experience partnering with sales and client services teams.
- Strong adaptive and curious mindset – ability to navigate change and adopt new tools and tactics, including emerging AI tools.
- Strategic business acumen – translate high-level business strategies into actionable marketing plans with clear ROI demonstration.
- Integrated marketing – solid understanding across events, sponsorships, media relations, and various campaign types.
- Stakeholder management – proven success in building relationships with diverse business stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication – effective communicator capable of translating marketing updates for various audiences.
- Budget management – experience handling budgets and contract negotiations.
- People-first approach – genuine passion for empowering teams and driving collective success.
- Problem-solving – creative and confident approach to navigating complex challenges.
- Detail-oriented – agile delivery skills with strong attention to detail.
- Educational background – minimum bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Compensation:Targeted base salary pay range is $97,000 to $160,000 with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
