Position Overview
A self-motivated professional inside salesperson with a proven track record in a telephonic/call center environment. You are passionate about helping others over the phone, growing accounts, and increasing sales conversion while delivering a quality customer experience. You thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced tech environment and are excited about making a noticeable impact within healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer/referral pipeline daily and record updates in the CRM.
- Generate a minimum of 4 Moves per month from PTO, LOA, and attrition support.
- Nurture relationships for the AE/HCAR and serve as a resource for senior living options.
- Learn the healthcare professionals' ecosystem to determine APFM's fit within their operations.
- Achieve sales goals via cold-calling, managing telephonic appointments, and Zoom/WebEx meetings.
- Understand the needs of healthcare professionals and the families they serve to assist with senior housing.
- Collaborate with Senior Living Advisors and other teams to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- Test and refine new capabilities to grow the healthcare channel.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of telephone sales/telemarketing, business development, or relationship sales experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop opportunities from ideation to execution.
- Basic technology skills; familiarity with social media and VOIP telephony systems is a plus.
- Must have hard-wired internet connection access.
- Clear and articulate phone presence with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cold calling (50-70 dials daily) and the determination to overcome barriers.
- Ability to multi-task by talking on the phone while taking notes on a computer.
- Demonstrated history of building and maintaining relationships in multi-stakeholder sales.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Effective use of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Blogs.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, and resolve issues appropriately.
- Experience with Five9 (or similar) telephony platform systems is preferred.
