Position Overview
MDS Communications is looking to hire Call Center Representatives as Communication Specialists! In this role, you won’t just make calls – you’ll make a difference by supporting impactful telephone fundraising programs for renowned non‐profits. Key Responsibilities
- Receive in-depth training.
- Be assigned to one of four MDS “Teams” to represent a set of clients.
- Call for 4-8 clients over an 8-hour day using predictive dialing equipment.
- Communicate with donors and prospective donors in an engaging manner using an approved script.
- Secure financial gifts on behalf of our clients.
- Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long-term stability.
- Basic computer skills.
- A commitment and enthusiasm for the charitable and non-profit causes represented.
- A willingness to learn.
- Persistence.

- Compensation: $15.70-$17.20 per hour for 40-hour shifts (depending on schedule).
