Location: New Orleans area. Schedule: Full-time, on-site. In this role, you will oversee daily sales activities, manage a team of entry-level sales associates, and participate in leadership development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales activities and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage a team of entry-level sales associates.
- Develop sales strategies and coach team members to achieve targets.
- Ensure sales targets are met consistently.
- Participate in training programs and leadership development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proven team and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality is also a plus
