Medical Sales Representative (Entry level or Exp.)
We are a fast-growing specialty Medical Equipment distributor that markets a variety of innovative products. Our medical equipment products are designed to enhance the patient and provider's practice, easing the burden of administration while improving safety profiles. We strive to improve patient outcomes and reduce overall health care costs. We are in search of both entry-level and experienced Medical Sales Representatives who are energetic and passionate about Medical Sales and our commitment to deliver value and service to the healthcare community.
As a professional Medical Sales Representative, you will serve as the lead point of contact for account management activities within your physician accounts. The role is responsible for obtaining and managing profitable business for our products by building strong relationships founded on service, product knowledge, integrity, and trust. You will develop, manage, and execute account business plans that consistently deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales and promotion of medical products within your local territory.
- Drive pull-through on existing patients and build awareness of the product portfolio with each physician.
- Build strategic customer relationships at general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics to foster long-term professional partnerships and favor future product launches.
- Develop strategies, tactics, marketing initiatives, and sales programs as applicable to your scope.
- Plan and organize sales calls in your territory to optimize performance goals considering time and economic efficiency.
- Review and analyze contracted product performance within accounts and take appropriate actions to monitor contracts, drive volume growth, and increase market share.
- Develop strong alliances with the Medical Sales Representative team to ensure effective cross-functional support and communication.
- Strictly adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance guidelines as well as company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Sales abilities with strong interpersonal skills and a background in account management and/or sales experience.
- This position is field based and requires a valid driver's license.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM Software.
- Ability to differentiate yourself in a competitive marketplace.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; self-starter with ambition to succeed.
