Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, run the register, process cashier transactions, and make purchase suggestions while occasionally assisting with the food program.
  • Gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis.
  • Maintain high standards for store appearance, working both inside and outside, and provide fast, friendly service.
  • Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
  • Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes during a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, which may require climbing a ladder
