eCommerce Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
Position Overview
Manage and execute day-to-day eCommerce operations for the LifeWorks Restaurant Group brand portfolio. This role drives campaigns, social media marketing, product placements, content creation, and asset updates. You will determine the optimal user interface journeys across various eCommerce and mobile platforms and manage the roadmap for frictionless B2B and B2C digital experiences. Additionally, you will plan and implement digital merchandising strategies to engage consumers and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily eCommerce operations for the brand portfolio.
- Determine optimal user interface journeys for eCommerce and mobile platforms.
- Manage the digital roadmap to ensure frictionless B2B and B2C experiences.
- Plan and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies across channels (PPC, SSP, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates).
- Handle the affiliate program including partner approvals, blogger outreach, gifting, and asset delivery.
- Evaluate web traffic and metrics to advise on UX best practices and implement CMS-driven content updates.
- Write business requirements and user stories to support digital initiatives.
