Mortgage Loan Officer/Loan Partner - REMOTE (Must speak Spanish)

Position Overview

The Mortgage Loan Officer/Loan Partner position at Total Lending Concepts is a remote role focused on providing exceptional mortgage services to clients, particularly in partnership with real estate professionals. This role requires a bilingual candidate fluent in Spanish and English with a strong background in mortgage origination. The position offerscompetitive commission-based compensationand the opportunity to work with a supportive team and a comprehensive suite of loan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with real estate professionals to generate loan referrals.
• Provide mortgage loan services to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Utilize a variety of loan products to meet client needs, including Non-QM and Down Payment Assistance programs.
• Manage the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
• Maintain relationships with realtors to foster ongoing business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida MLO License for 2024.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Loan Partner or Loan Officer/Originator.
• Experience in self-generating leads with various loan products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Encompass LOS and SimpleNexus for point of sale.
• Familiarity with Bonzo CRM and Mortgage Marketing Automation.
