Position Overview
Mosquito Joe of North Atlanta is a fast-growing, locally owned business and part of a nation-wide franchise system. We are seeking a Marketing/Office Intern for the summer who will support the business owners and office manager with social media, marketing, advertising, customer service, and administrative tasks – offering professional growth in a range of areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
- Post and monitor social media channels.
- Brainstorm new ideas and implement creative solutions.
- Manage and execute customer sales via phone and online channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via telephone or email.
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer databases.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the Office Manager.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to type and manage computer data entry efficiently.
- Understanding of administrative procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Phone sales experience.
- Outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and a customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and initiative.
