Position Overview

Mosquito Joe of North Atlanta is a fast-growing, locally owned business and part of a nation-wide franchise system. We are seeking a Marketing/Office Intern for the summer who will support the business owners and office manager with social media, marketing, advertising, customer service, and administrative tasks – offering professional growth in a range of areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Post and monitor social media channels.
  • Brainstorm new ideas and implement creative solutions.
  • Manage and execute customer sales via phone and online channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via telephone or email.
  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer databases.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the Office Manager.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to type and manage computer data entry efficiently.
  • Understanding of administrative procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Phone sales experience.
  • Outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Adaptability and initiative.
