Position Overview
Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Information Technology Team as IT Support Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Schedule: Full Time
Provide IT support services for our organization’s computer assets. Assist with planning, design, testing, and integration of the systems infrastructure, including the installation and setup of hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers and staff with hardware and software challenges
- Handling call-ins and live chat inquiries regarding technical difficulties
- Anticipating and reporting the cost of replacing or updating computer items
- Offering technical support to company staff and troubleshooting computer problems
- Reviewing diagnostics and assessing the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Resolving IT support requests from employees
- Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
- Administering and troubleshooting O365 related issues
- Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve computer issues
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Managing Active Directory accounts
- Documenting customer requirements accurately
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
- Updating employees on the status of their service requests
- Logging service requests and updating tickets accordingly
- Assisting with network troubleshooting to reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs
- Traveling to remote locations as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience Required: Minimum 7 years experience
