GPS & Telematics Install & Service Tech - Entry Level (Baltimore)

Position Overview

Metro Mobile Electronics, LLC is seeking entry-level candidates for the role of Regional 12V/24V GPS/Telematics/Dash Cam Installation & Service Technician. In this position you will receive specialized training in the installation and service of 12V/24V mobile electronic systems while working outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be part of a growing company that values exceptional customer service, reliability, and professional presentation. This role is based in the Baltimore, MD area with approximately 20% overnight and out-of-town travel after training. Strong potential for career advancement exists based on performance and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation and service of 12V/24V mobile electronic systems (GPS, Telematics, Dash Cams).

Required Qualifications

• Basic hands-on skills and experience working with small hand tools.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in any field.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service attitude and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (criminal, driving, and drug testing).
