Professional Relations and Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Professional Relations & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our practice through community engagement, patient relationships, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Position Overview:

The Professional Relations & Marketing Coordinator will focus on building and maintaining relationships that help expand the practice. This role combines marketing, outreach, and patient engagement to strengthen connections with our existing patient base, local community, and referring dental offices.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys networking, social media, and creating positive experiences for patients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient & Family Engagement

• Develop marketing initiatives targeting current patients and parents
• Promote patient referral programs
• Create campaigns to encourage word-of-mouth growth

Community Outreach

• Represent the practice at local schools, events, and community activities
• Build relationships with community organizations and businesses
• Coordinate sponsorships and local marketing opportunities

Referring Doctor Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dental offices
• Coordinate office visits, appreciation events, and communication
• Help strengthen referral partnerships

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging posts, photos, and videos
• Promote practice events, patient stories, and educational content

Practice Marketing

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Track results of marketing initiatives
• Help identify new opportunities to grow the practice

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Outgoing and professional personality
• Experience in marketing, community relations, or sales preferred
• Social media management experience preferred
• Organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable representing the practice in public settings
• Experience in dental or medical offices is a plus but not required
