Job Description
Position Overview
As a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment) within the Office of Human Capital, Talent Acquisitions, you will serve as a technical expert carrying out a wide range of recruitment activities and managing segments of related programs for organizations within the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operations, processes, and management of recruitment program segments and serve as a subject matter expert on related recruitment processes.
- Develop recruitment strategies in partnership with recruitment specialists and human capital management to ensure a diverse and highly qualified workforce through effective planning, sourcing, use of selection instruments, and marketing.
- Evaluate agency hiring goals by analyzing statistical and data reports from recruitment and sourcing efforts, and identify trends for process improvements.
- Analyze hiring data, brief organizational leadership on findings, and make recommendations regarding recruitment policies and new initiatives.
- Participate in the review and implementation of program assessment tools and deliver training for recruitment, screening, and selection committee processes.
Required Qualifications
- Must have one year of specialized experience at a level equivalent to NB‑IV or GS‑11 in the Federal service.
- Successful completion of personnel vetting including a background investigation, enrollment in Continuous Vetting, and a one‑year probationary period.
- Ability to complete the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process using two forms of identification as required by federal law.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. national.
