Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of data governance frameworks that support health equity.
- Lead and coordinate efforts to advance data initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with health equity goals.
- Serve as the key liaison between different data system leads across the enterprise.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure data systems effectively support health equity and public health objectives.
- Provide advisory support in identifying control improvements and governance opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct internal operational/process-level audits to ensure compliance with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work independently without detailed guidance.
- Effective communication skills and ability to document objectives and procedures.
- Knowledge in model evaluation, tuning, performance, operationalization, and scalability of scientific techniques.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in statistical modeling applications and advanced SQL in multiple syntaxes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in public health data initiatives.
- Familiarity with health equity frameworks and policies.
