Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager, eMobility North America based in Atlanta, GA. In this role you will drive market growth by shaping and implementing Go-to-Market strategies, leveraging market intelligence, and executing tactical marketing plans to capture opportunities in high-potential segments and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a market intelligence function to monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and customer needs.
  • Conduct SWOT and opportunity assessments to identify high-growth markets, segments, and channels.
  • Prepare and present business cases using Economic Value Added, pricing, and volume data to guide investment decisions.
  • Translate insights into actionable growth strategies, market entry plans, and investment priorities.
  • Represent Siemens in government affairs and regulatory matters relevant to market expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional Go-to-Market planning and execution for new products and services.
  • Align marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams for successful launches and sustained growth.
  • Drive brand and positioning strategies to strengthen Siemens’ presence and competitive edge.
  • Define allocation of marketing spend across digital, events, partnerships, and campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Manage internal and external communications to reinforce brand and business objectives.
  • Oversee the MarCom budget with a focus on measurable impact and efficient resource allocation.
  • Develop CRM tools and standardized methodologies to enhance customer insights and retention.
  • Optimize sales processes through data-driven recommendations and lead S&OP meetings with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.
  • Deliver comprehensive business reporting and performance tracking against growth objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related Business field.
  • 8+ years in progressively responsible roles including sales, marketing, strategic planning, or business development.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives in B2B products or engineering solutions environments.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve complex business challenges.
  • A combination of strategic vision and tactical execution capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international destinations.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Strong financial competence with hands-on experience in EVA modeling, pricing strategy, and business case preparation.
  • Demonstrated success in allocating and managing marketing spend with clear ROI measurement methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with market research methodologies and competitive analysis frameworks.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority within a matrix organization.
