Position Overview

ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant in Ellenton, Florida. In this role, you will help maintain property operations and attract and serve guests and residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide an excellent customer experience for each resident and future resident.
- Assist in maintaining accurate office inventory.
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain open communications with all property and regional staff.
- Work closely with management to develop a team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the company.
- Organize and maintain files.
- Research and implement company-sponsored activities.
- Attend and participate in training programs and seminars as required.
- Run errands, including delivering communications to guests or residents as needed.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of office experience.
- Strong communications and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems.
- Customer service orientation.
