Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced vehicle performance strategies to push the limits of automotive engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and validate high-performance vehicle components and systems.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for performance improvement and propose innovative solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues.
- Lead and participate in testing and validation activities to ensure all performance targets are met.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Contribute to the development of new product concepts and features that enhance vehicle performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members while collaborating on project initiatives.
- Participate in regular project meetings and present performance development reports and recommendations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure work meets Ford’s quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and regulations.
- Actively engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance development processes.
