Position Overview
We are looking for healthcare and business-minded professionals with successful sales track records who strive for organizational success and seek career growth. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts through regular contact with medical offices, hospitals, and rehabilitation institutions within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers.
- Consulting with physicians, nursing staff, phlebotomists, and medical office personnel to secure product orders and increase product usage.
- Sustaining or generating new and repeat orders for all products and programs.
Required Qualifications
- Possess some college education combined with sales experience.
- Demonstrate strong initiative along with exceptional customer service, presentation, and communication skills.
- Previous success in attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with contact management software.
