Junior Sales/Marketing Manager- Entry Level

Position Overview

LDP Entertainment Solutions is a high energy promotional marketing firm in Amarillo, TX specializing in retail brand management and client acquisition. We are seeking Entry Level Professionals to join our sales and marketing teams. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to rapidly advance into management within 4-6 months through our comprehensive Marketing Management Training Program, which encompasses customer service, leadership and team building, and management training. Team based sales training sessions and a focus on promoting from within ensure that motivated individuals can quickly make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Impacts sales results by developing, supporting and executing field marketing and segment activities.
• Executes marketing campaigns and plans events depending on expertise.
• Works with appropriate clients to support campaigns.
• Collaborates with corporate and field marketing managers to develop customized programs and strategies for various market segments.
• Provides coordination and project management to ensure event success.
• May attend events as required once management capacity is reached.
• Monitors use of existing sales tools and provides input on requirements for additional tools.
• Publicizes events and works with Account Development to drive high levels of attendance and participation.
• Advises on new ideas to generate revenue for various clientele.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales and/or marketing.
• Ability to excel in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable speaking in large groups with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with others and foster a positive company and brand image.
• Effective interpersonal skills and strong communication (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated team management and leadership ability is a plus.
