Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations to provide tailored kitchen cabinet refacing solutions.
• Engage customers with product demonstrations and follow a proven sales approach.
• Complete paperwork accurately and assist customers with financing options.
• Collaborate with sales operations and installation teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training sessions (both virtual and in-person).

Required Qualifications

• Excel at one-call close sales and have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Available for evening and weekend appointments.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Capable of comfortably lifting/moving items (up to 25 lbs).
• Demonstrate a driven, competitive nature with a focus on exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (preferred).
