Job Description
Position Overview
The Client Services Supervisor will lead a team of CSR IIIs, coordinate maintenance schedules, manage vendor relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for escalated printer‐related issues. This role ensures efficient execution of printer maintenance activities, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and maintains high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of CSR IIIs and coordinate daily printer maintenance operations across client locations.
- Provide back-up support for CSR IIIs with hands-on break-fix services on print devices (Ricoh, Xerox, HP), including consumable replacement (rollers, fusers, maintenance kits).
- Monitor and ensure timely resolution of printer service requests and incidents.
- Maintain inventory of printer supplies, parts, and consumables.
- Train, support, and manage performance through scheduled reviews and developmental plans.
- Oversee client relationships by handling escalations and facilitating effective communication with daily and senior-level administrators.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained according to manufacturers’ specifications and stay updated with technical knowledge.
- Manage inventory, assets, and maintain targeted levels of profitability.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of related experience and demonstrated management of full-time employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must complete all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required to enter customer premises.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
