This position, based in Washington, DC, Reston, VA, or Plano, TX, is part of the People Analytics team within our HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, blend, and evaluate data from disparate sources across multiple business areas to support the employee lifecycle, including goal setting, performance ratings, promotions, job changes, and succession planning.
- Make recommendations on areas for data and system architecture enhancements.
- Identify trends that translate into actionable business analysis to empower data-driven decision making.
- Partner with People Data and Technology engineering teams on business priorities such as backlog refinement and Program Increment planning.
- Maintain the product inventory including Tableau Dashboards, Power BI dashboards, and Alteryx workflows.
- Support and maintain the AWS Redshift corporate data hub environment.
- Manage and deliver Workday reporting including Workday Prism Analytics and other applications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of related experience using SQL, Tableau, and Workday.
- Experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, Alteryx or other visualization tools.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting, including Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, Report Creation, and Adaptive Planning.
- Experience with AWS Redshift.
- Strong SQL skills including writing original SQL scripts/code and performing ETL activities.
- Ability to use data storytelling to help clients make informed business decisions.
- Proven project management experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor's Level Degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with HR data, HRIS, or financial data related to headcount planning and forecasting.
- Experience with Redshift SQL applications (TOAD, DBeaver, etc.).
- Experience gathering user requirements from ambiguous requests.
- Ability to derive insights from complex data sets and create visualizations that support data storytelling.

- Compensation: $83,000 to $108,000
