Financial Analyst - Entry Level

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, forecasting, and performance insights.
• Support budget creation and management by partnering with department leaders and ensuring accurate financial inputs.
• Conduct financial analysis, including trend analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and modeling to support decision-making.
• Track grant budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare required financial reports for grant-funded programs.
• Support annual audit preparation by organizing documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with program and department leaders on financial matters.
