Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management to join our Product Management team in a fully remote role. You will analyze, interpret, and report on product performance, influencing tactical and strategic decision-making with critical insights aimed at optimizing customer experience and product value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product performance reports and dashboards using business intelligence (BI) tools such as Amazon QuickSight, SQL, or other reporting platforms.
  • Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate trends and insights to stakeholders.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide recommendations to improve product performance and enhance customer value realization.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs) while training end-users on BI tools and data interpretation.
  • Analyze large datasets related to healthcare claims processing, denials management, and other revenue cycle functions.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare business analyst role.
  • Expertise in using data analysis tools to identify and quantify issues, including advanced Excel skills and intermediate SQL.
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational, and outstanding communication (both verbal and written) skills.
  • Ability to innovate and work effectively in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter and an excellent team player.
  • Must be located in the United States (no sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with revenue cycle management (RCM), Practice Management, and EHR systems.
  • Experience with Epic systems.
  • Hands-on experience in creating data visualizations using Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
