Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients at live events, community gatherings, and public activations
- Assist in planning and executing public-facing PR campaigns — no desk work or digital content creation
- Build relationships with event attendees, share key messages, and elevate brand awareness
- Coordinate on-site logistics including setup, signage, materials, and promotional giveaways
- Gather feedback from the public and support campaign reporting efforts
- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and maintain consistent public image
- Collaborate with leadership on media opportunities, storytelling, and press engagement during events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- 0–5 years of experience in PR, event marketing, customer-facing roles, or similar
- Willingness to work in-person at events, trade shows, and activations
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with nonprofit or mission-driven campaigns a plus (but not required)
