Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients at live events, community gatherings, and public activations
  • Assist in planning and executing public-facing PR campaigns — no desk work or digital content creation
  • Build relationships with event attendees, share key messages, and elevate brand awareness
  • Coordinate on-site logistics including setup, signage, materials, and promotional giveaways
  • Gather feedback from the public and support campaign reporting efforts
  • Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and maintain consistent public image
  • Collaborate with leadership on media opportunities, storytelling, and press engagement during events

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
  • 0–5 years of experience in PR, event marketing, customer-facing roles, or similar
  • Willingness to work in-person at events, trade shows, and activations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience with nonprofit or mission-driven campaigns a plus (but not required)
