Position Overview
As a Customer Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. Whether it's through phone, chat, or email, your goal is to provide exceptional support and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
