This is an excellent opportunity to focus on high-quality primary and chronic care in a collaborative, physician-led environment—without nights, weekends, or heavy call.

What You’ll Do

As an Advanced Practice Provider with TTUHSC Managed Care, you will provide comprehensive patient services under the direct supervision of a Physician or Medical Director, with a strong emphasis on primary care and chronic disease management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting and documenting detailed patient histories
  • Performing comprehensive physical examinations
  • Ordering, administering, and interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, EKGs, x-rays)
  • Providing therapeutic procedures, including: Injections and immunizations, Suturing and wound care, Infection Management.
  • Rendering emergency medical care when necessary until physician support is available
