Position Overview

Oakwolf Group, a high-growth national provider of Healthcare IT Services and Solutions, is seeking motivated Associates to build a strong foundation in healthcare, HCIT, and Oakwolf’s delivery methodologies. In this role you will receive formalized training, develop deep industry knowledge, and collaborate with internal and external partners in delivering complex, enterprise-wide solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong foundation in HCIT and Oakwolf delivery methodologies.
  • After 2 weeks of formalized training, reach out to prospective HCIT/industry consultants using various online resources.
  • Qualify consultant capabilities through Oakwolf’s structured qualification process.
  • Establish trust and build relationships with consultants and industry subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to build effective project delivery teams.
  • Stay current on healthcare trends and challenges to support expanding client relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • For Entry Level Associates (0-2 years): Bright, exceptionally motivated, results-driven, and coachable individuals with proven leadership abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational/time management skills, and tremendous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and engage senior level consultants in a peer-to-peer manner.
  • For Senior Associates (2-4 years): Additional professional experience, including exposure to healthcare and/or sales, is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Business Development Representative or in a sales capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Track record of hitting KPI’s and achieving sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS-Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
