We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our project management process—assisting seasoned professionals in executing projects efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on supporting the planning, tracking, and delivery of various projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects from start to finish
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communication among team members
- Maintain and update project documentation, records, and reports
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Support project managers in organizing meetings, workshops, and presentations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
