Our Entry Level Customer Service Representatives are the driving force behind our mission to deliver in-home solar solutions and unmatched service while fostering professional and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend training sessions and webinars to become an expert in renewable energy and solar alternatives.
- Network with top solar industry leaders to enhance skills and expand the client base.
- Educate potential and existing customers on clean energy solutions and cost-saving opportunities.
- Set up appointments for the Outside Sales team by confidently discussing solar options.
- Participate in company-led events to generate sales and build new client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service, sales, or solar experience preferred.
- Self-motivated go-getter who thrives in both collaborative and independent work environments.
- Excellent customer engagement and active listening skills.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is a MUST.
- Ability to communicate professionally with various departments.
- Confident, ambitious, and willing to exceed customer expectations.

- Compensation: Base Salary is $600/week + Uncapped Commission. First-year on target earnings range between $50,000 and $80,000, with high performers earning $80,000+.
