Job Description

Position Overview

Project Manager - Architecture | Large-Scale Data Center & Mission Critical (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a globally established design firm delivering programmatic mission-critical, data center, and advanced technology facilities for long-term clients. The practice supports large, technically complex work while giving project leaders meaningful ownership, visibility, and influence over how projects are executed. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys structured, high-performance environments, understands the demands of mission-critical delivery, and wants to lead teams through complex coordination challenges rather than one-off projects. In this role, you’ll work on mission-critical programs where process, coordination, and delivery discipline matter, alongside teams known for technical rigor and thoughtful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural project delivery across large-scale, mission-critical programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication, trust, and alignment
  • Partner closely with technical leads and internal disciplines to coordinate highly integrated design solutions
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and staffing while maintaining quality and delivery standards
  • Guide teams through fast-moving project milestones with an emphasis on consistency and accountability
  • Support ongoing client relationships and contribute to repeat and long-term program work

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Accredited degree in Architecture; licensure preferred or in progress
  • Experience Required: 8+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale architectural projects
  • Qualifications: Strong background leading multidisciplinary teams and client engagements
  • Qualifications: Working knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction documentation
  • Qualifications: Organized, confident communicator comfortable operating in technically demanding settings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Experience with data center, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical environments strongly preferred

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
  • Support for professional development and continuing education
