Desktop Support Technician – Onsite (Baltimore, MD)

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join a team of seven providing Tier 1–3 support for users nationwide. This role supports escalations from the Service Desk, delivers remote troubleshooting for caregivers, patients, and employees across the U.S., and provides hands‑on support at our corporate campus. This position is 100% onsite.
