Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of heavy machinery experience
• Must possess the necessary tools to perform repairs on heavy machinery
• Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot engines, transmission, and hydraulics
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check
• One-year certificate or Associate degree from a community college or technical school; minimum five years CAT dealer experience and ten years heavy equipment industry experience, or equivalent education and experience
