Position Overview

Do You Convert is a leading online sales and marketing partner for the homebuilding industry, dedicated to streamlining operations, enhancing customer relationships, and improving sales performance. We are seeking a skilled Hubspot CRM Implementation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions tailored for homebuilders. In this remote (U.S.-based) role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support lead management, sales pipelines, warranty tracking, and post-sale customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot for homebuilders, focusing on lead management, sales tracking, and post-sale customer service.
  • Develop and automate workflows, pipelines, and lead-nurturing sequences specific to the homebuilding sales cycle.
  • Design and manage custom CRM dashboards, reports, and analytics tailored for various teams including sales and project management.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the CRM and homebuilder-specific tools such as ERP systems, warranty management software, and marketing platforms.
  • Provide training and documentation on CRM best practices and functionalities relevant to the homebuilding industry.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical CRM issues, collaborating with internal teams or external vendors as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity, compliance, and security within CRM systems for optimal client data management.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM implementation.
  • HubSpot expertise with hands-on experience in configuring workflows, automations, and integrations specifically for homebuilders.
  • Experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, integrations, and reporting for sales and operations teams is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of homebuilder sales processes, from lead generation to contract signing and post-sale service.
  • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and CRM customizations.
  • Knowledge of CRM data structures, reporting, and analytics for tracking homebuilder KPIs.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize CRM performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot CMS, HubSpot Service Hub, and HubSpot Operations Hub for homebuilders.
  • Certifications in HubSpot and/or Salesforce (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Architect, Salesforce Administrator).
