Position Overview

Bioliance and Impact Bio have partnered with Aytu Biopharma to launch an exciting new product in the CNS space. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience in the Chicago, IL - North territory. This contract role—offering the potential to transition into a direct-hire opportunity for high performers—is ideal for launching or accelerating a career in pharmaceutical sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Compliantly promote and sell the company’s products to healthcare professionals across the assigned territory.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential healthcare professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Territory Development: Identify key accounts and growth opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
  • Customer Support: Address inquiries and provide exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to share insights and contribute to overall team success.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales experience in a client-facing B2B role (pharmaceutical sales experience not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and effectively engage clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive edge.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Based in or around the territory with a willingness to travel as needed.
