Pay range: $73,000.00 - $132,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Position Overview

In support of Target’s Global Supply Chain and Logistics business, Human Resources is a critical partner in building the best teams. As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. Through onboarding, performance management, recruitment, retention, development, and optimization of performance and engagement, you will help build teams that achieve business goals. You will think innovatively to solve problems, deliver excellent HR services with quality and efficiency, and positively impact how team members experience organizational change.

About You

  • Four‑year degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Strong reasoning, analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
  • Ability to understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
  • Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and computer systems (examples include Excel, Word, O365)
