Our client delivers a comprehensive HR solution that blends premium service with cutting-edge technology. They’re seeking consultative, sales-driven professionals who thrive on performance and are motivated by financial reward.

Schedule: 3 days in Jericho office, 2 days remote, plus field visits as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by targeting small to mid-sized companies in your territory
  • Leverage a consultative approach to uncover client needs and deliver tailored HR solutions
  • Build long-term relationships and earn residuals as clients stay with the company

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of proven sales hunting experience
  • Strong consultative selling skills and a track record of exceeding goals
  • Self-motivated, money-driven mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive

Compensation

  • Base salary: $82K
  • Commissions: Uncapped, $120K+ OTE in year one at plan
  • Ongoing residuals: for retained clients
