In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service. As part of our customer service team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and play a crucial role in maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Provide follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
