Job Description

Position Overview

Supply Chain Systems Manager | Work Mode: Onsite | Location: Desoto, Texas.
This position functions as the site-level subject matter expert for all systems used in distribution operations. Working collaboratively with third-party logistics, the Distribution Operations team, Kohler Kitchen & Bath Logistics, and Kohler Corporate IT, you will enable efficient operations by troubleshooting system issues, resolving bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement through Warehouse Management, Logistics Management, and integrated automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own oversight and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS); configure systems by setting parameters, defining workflows, and creating inventory management rules while ensuring master data integrity.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within the WMS—including inventory discrepancies, order processing failures, RF device connectivity, user access, and system integration problems—with a proactive approach to root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement warehouse automation technologies by defining system requirements, conducting testing, validating data flows, and ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Lead complex projects and system enhancements by coordinating resources, developing schedules, and managing project cost, quality, schedule, and scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support KPIs in cost, quality, service, safety, and sustainability, thereby increasing warehouse productivity and solving business challenges.
  • Act as a change agent by assisting teams with the transition between processes, documenting new workflows, and developing user training materials and sessions.
  • Partner with the IT Functional Analyst to update system configurations, test code changes, and communicate impacts to operations teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in information systems and/or warehousing.
  • Extensive experience with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Tier 1 solutions such as Blue Yonder JDA/Red Prairie.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Past experience with SAP ECC, including MM, SD, and WM modules.
