Job Overview

Our team is a growing digital marketing agency based in Cape Coral, FL, and we're looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. We're a newer agency with a fresh perspective. We handle everything you'd expect from a full-service marketing firm, but we also go further by offering clients business optimization solutions that most agencies don't touch.

That makes this role a little different. Depending on your interests and goals, you'll have the opportunity to develop skills beyond traditional marketing, including website building, basic coding, and business process optimization. This position will give you the opportunity to place you on the cutting edge of where marketing and business consulting are heading.

Duties

Day-to-day, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of areas:

• Social media content creation and management
• SEO and blog content writing
• Email marketing campaign support
• Paid advertising (Google, Meta)
• Website updates and basic development
• Client reporting and analytics
• Business optimization projects for clients

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills — you work well with others and know when to ask questions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball
• Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms quickly
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• A genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the role

Preferred Skills

• Experience with social media content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok/Reels)
• Content writing skills with an eye for brand consistency
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Express
• Knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
• Web development familiarity or comfort with CMS platforms
• Experience with project scheduling or project management platforms
• Customer service experience or comfort working with clients/partners directly

Pay and Location

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
