Position Overview
This role requires hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, conducting audits, forecasting results, collaborating with sales and account management teams, and leveraging AI tools to increase productivity and consistency.
You will be expected to actively use AI tools (including custom GPTs) to improve efficiency, enhance output quality, streamline reporting, and support our scalable delivery model.
You will own results. Not just tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Management
- Build and optimize Google Ads and Local Services Ads campaigns
- Launch and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
- Manage Google Business Profiles and local SEO initiatives
- Implement tracking via GA4, GTM, and call tracking platforms
- Execute campaign onboarding tasks inside Asana
Performance Optimization
- Monitor CPL, lead volume, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Conduct weekly optimizations and testing
- Identify underperformance and implement corrective strategies
- Improve local visibility and search rankings
Market Research & Forecasting
- Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Forecast lead volume and budget requirements
- Build right-sized marketing recommendations based on market opportunity
Marketing Audits & Sales Support
- Conduct marketing audits for prospective clients
- Analyze paid media, SEO, and competitive landscape
- Develop client-facing recommendations using tools like Gamma.app or similar
- Support SDRs and account managers in pre-sales conversations as a subject matter expert
Creative & AI-Driven Execution
- Create ad assets using Canva
- Develop AI-powered video creatives using Synthesia, Heygen, or similar tools
- Leverage AI tools and custom GPTs to improve workflow efficiency, reporting quality, creative development, and campaign analysis
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes using AI
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience managing Local Services Ads
- Experience with Facebook/Meta Ads
- Experience forecasting campaign performance
- Strong understanding of local SEO & Google Business Profile
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and call tracking platforms
- Experience with keyword research tools (Ahrefs or SEMrush)
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to increase productivity
- Strong AI prompting skills and ability to integrate AI into daily workflow
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home services marketing (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, etc.)
- Experience working with franchise or multi-location brands
- Agency-side experience
- Experience with co-op marketing programs
