Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT or related field
• Highly motivated, self‑learner, and technically inquisitive
• Demonstrated project work and hands‑on experience with relevant technologies
• For Software/Java/Full Stack roles: Proficiency in Java, Core Java, JavaScript, C++; experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs
• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles: Knowledge in Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with NLP, Text Mining
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI
• Knowledge of TensorFlow
