We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to lead the flawless execution of our global email and notification campaigns with an emphasis on operational excellence and innovative AI-enhanced communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of global email and notification campaigns – from intake and segmentation to build, QA, localization, setup, deployment, and monitoring.
- Champion experimentation and foster continuous improvement by developing tools and resources in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to gather requirements, manage resources, and execute precise workflows.
- Produce campaign performance reports and share actionable insights for future optimizations.
- Drive personalization and automation efforts while shaping the experimentation roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience managing localized email campaigns for a global brand.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including technical and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zeta Global, Braze).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email customization.
- Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL on cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, data workflows, and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated ability to design A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager).
- Experience with Tableau reporting.
- Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator, collaborator, and excellent team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
